Qualifications

• 1–3 years managing paid advertising programs.
• Knowledge of paid social toolsets (Facebook, LinkedIn).
• Proficiency in Google Sheets, Slides, and Docs.
• Familiarity with analytics tools (Google Analytics, HubSpot Analytics).
• Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Experience juggling multiple campaigns simultaneously.
• Ability to leverage AI tools and automation for research, insights, and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Strategize, develop, and maintain multiple campaigns for a portfolio of SMBs.
• Monitor campaign effectiveness against client goals, conversions, and events.
• Provide regular updates to clients on digital initiatives.
• Prepare client deliverables from kickoff docs to rolling reports.
• Advise clients on achieving business goals via digital advertising.
• Assist senior team members with account work.
• Develop into a technical resource for other departments.
