829 Studios is seeking a Senior Paid Social Specialist to manage multiple digital advertising campaigns for a portfolio of clients, driving results across platforms and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

You will optimize campaigns, prepare deliverables, and guide clients toward their business goals using data-driven insights and AI-enabled workflows. This role emphasizes creativity and analytical thinking in a dynamic agency setting.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years managing paid advertising programs.
• Familiarity with analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Hubspot Analytics, or similar.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
• Exceptional time management and organization skills.
• Ability to work both independently and in a team-oriented environment.
• Experience juggling multiple projects and paid advertising campaigns simultaneously.
• Ability to effectively leverage AI-powered tools and automation as part of daily workflow to accelerate research, insights, and optimization, as well as streamline reporting across platforms.

Responsabilités

• Strategize, develop, and simultaneously maintain multiple digital advertising campaigns for a portfolio of small to medium-sized businesses.
• Monitor the effectiveness of campaigns as they relate to client goals, conversions, and events.
• Update clients regularly as to the status of their digital initiatives.
• Prepare client deliverables from project kickoff documents to rolling reporting.
• Advise clients on how to best accomplish their business goals through digital advertising.
• Assist senior team members with account work.
• Develop into a technical resource to other departments.
