Sightly is a growing technology company revolutionizing real-time marketing and brand intelligence. We seek a Performance Manager to activate and optimize media through Brand Mentality while driving client performance.

You will manage paid social campaigns, primarily on Meta, TikTok, and Reddit, with exposure to additional platforms. Collaboration across Sales, Marketing, Product, and Account Management is essential to ensure top-tier results.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in paid social media campaign management, social ad operations or performance marketing.
• Hands-on experience managing campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram), TikTok and Reddit.
• Experience with additional channels (Snapchat, Pinterest, YouTube, Google Ads, DV360) is a plus.
• Proficient in MS Excel and Google Sheets.
• Experience using Salesforce.

Responsabilités

• Execute paid social ad campaigns from top agencies and brands: setup, launch, pacing and optimization.
• Navigate major social platforms daily; focus on Meta, TikTok, Reddit and exposure to Snapchat, Pinterest and YouTube.
• Become expert at Sightly’s Brand Mentality platform.
• Ensure campaigns meet client specs and are set up for optimization.
• Provide client and internal team support for inquiries and performance insights.
• Oversee campaign reporting accuracy, social attribution and overall success.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Product and Account Management to drive performance.
• Analyze campaigns to identify growth opportunities.
• Document requests to support inter-departmental accuracy.
