Qualifications

• 4 years of applied experience in Paid Social platforms, including Meta, LinkedIn, Snap, Pinterest and TikTok.
• Knowledge in Campaign Manager 360.
• Structured working habits; able to cope with competing demands and autonomously manage tasks.
• Client-centric; building long-lasting client relationships and delivering value.
• Proficient in analytics and reporting to inform decisions and strategies.
• Process improvement mindset; seek and implement automation and efficiency gains.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of a portfolio of paid social accounts including pacing, QA, optimizations, reporting, and setup.
• Collaborate with Strategy and Media Planning teams to lead media plans and roadmap development.
• Establish client relationships and provide insights, optimizations, and testing opportunities.
• Lead weekly team statuses, delegate tasks, and contribute to leadership initiatives.
• Promote process improvements and centralize best practices for campaign management.
• Grow client revenue and integrate social with broader planning efforts.
