Job summary

Real Chemistry is seeking a Senior Manager, Paid Social to own strategy and execution for client projects. The role covers channel planning, optimization, and performance storytelling, with oversight of junior teammates and cross-functional collaboration.

The position is hybrid, based in US offices or remotely within the US. You will translate client objectives into paid social approaches, manage complex campaigns, and drive measurable outcomes for healthcare-focused clients.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of digital media experience with hands-on paid social management.
• Experience translating client objectives into channel strategy and tactical recommendations.
• Proven success managing complex campaigns, restructures or performance challenges.
• Strong understanding of audience strategy, measurement, optimization and testing.
• Experience presenting campaign recommendations and results to clients.
• Ability to oversee multiple projects and balance priorities.
• Experience mentoring juniors or leading workstreams.
• Healthcare or pharmaceutical media experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Translate client goals, audience needs and campaign objectives into paid social strategies.
• Oversee planning, forecasting, activation, optimization and analysis across accounts.
• Develop test-and-learn initiatives to improve performance.
• Address performance concerns through audience, bidding, creative, placement or structure changes.
• Supervise launches, identify gaps and improve workflows.
• Translate metrics into actionable insights and ROI narratives.
• Lead and present updates on performance and next steps to clients.
• Guide junior team members and support cross-functional collaboration.
