Job summary

Omnicom Media is seeking a Senior Associate, Paid Social to provide tactical recommendations and manage client campaigns. You will plan, execute, optimize, and report on paid social efforts with some senior oversight.

Experience with Facebook/Instagram is required; other platforms like X/Twitter, Pinterest, LinkedIn and Snapchat are a plus. You will train and mentor junior team members while overseeing day-to-day trafficking and reporting.

Qualifications

• Experience executing multiple campaigns in Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and one other platform.
• Proficiency with MS Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
• Strong communication and presentation skills; ability to work with internal teams and clients.
• Ability to manage campaigns end-to-end, from trafficking to reporting.

Responsibilities

• Provides tactical details and strategic input to develop paid social media recommendations.
• Independently execute and optimize paid social campaigns within platform; trafficking, monitoring, QA, maintaining timelines.
• Monitor campaign performance to achieve KPI and budget parameters; recommend optimizations.
• Collaborate to compile and share routine campaign performance reports; suggest tests and next steps.
• Present recommendations and results, maintain professional relationships with partners.
• Stay up to date with platform enhancements and industry updates; make applicable recommendations.
• Attend trainings and complete required social platform certifications.
• Mentor Associates and junior team members.
• Oversee budget pacing and billing administration.
