Job summary

Grainger is seeking a Senior Manager, Paid Search to lead end-to-end governance of paid search programs. You will manage strategy, budgets, forecasting, and optimization to maximize ROAS while maintaining cost discipline.

This hybrid role is onsite in Lake Forest or Chicago three days a week and involves cross-functional collaboration with Analytics, Marketing, Pricing, and Sales. You will lead a team of managers and senior professionals, drive investment decisions, and partner with platform

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience required.
• 7+ years of paid search experience.
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, pacing and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end governance of paid search programs including strategy and budget alignment.
• Develop and coach managers and senior staff in paid search delivery.
• Manage investment strategy, forecasting, pacing and optimization for ROAS.
• Oversee partner relationships with Google, Microsoft and other platforms.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Analytics, Sales and Pricing to align investments.
