Job summary

Grainger is seeking a Senior Manager, Paid Search to lead end-to-end governance and optimization of paid search programs. The role will partner with Google, Microsoft, and other platforms to maximize ROAS while controlling costs.

This hybrid position is onsite in Lake Forest or Chicago, three days a week. You will lead a team of managers and professionals, drive investment strategy, forecast budgets, and align paid search with Analytics, Sales, Pricing, and Marketing to deliver incremental

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years of paid search experience.
• Experience managing paid search budgets and forecasting.
• Understanding of measurement, attribution, and analytics.
• Experience partnering with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end governance and execution of paid search programs and strategy.
• Develop managers and senior professionals through coaching and performance management.
• Drive paid search investment strategy and financial stewardship.
• Oversee partner relationships with Google, Microsoft, and other platforms.
• Collaborate with Analytics, Sales, Pricing, Merchandising, Category Management, and Marketing teams to align investments.
• Continuously optimize campaign structure, keywords, and bidding strategies.
• Establish measurement and reporting frameworks with Analytics teams.
