Job summary

Integrated Specialty Coverages, LLC (ISC) seeks a Senior Channel Specialist, Paid Search to drive paid search across ISC’s five retail brands. You’ll own daily campaign builds, trafficking, bids, and measurements to maximize performance and revenue impact.

In this high-volume role, you’ll ensure data hygiene, manage affiliate billing, and coordinate testing while collaborating with analytics and channel teams.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years hands-on performance marketing with paid search execution.
• Experience managing Google Ads + Bing campaigns; bid adjustments & keyword management.
• Familiarity with target ROAS/target CPA bidding strategies preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple brands.
• Proficiency in GA4, Google Analytics and BI dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Execute day-to-day paid search across Google Ads and Microsoft Ads for all ISC retail brands.
• Monitor performance daily; flag anomalies in CPC, conversions, and attribution.
• Coordinate ad copy and landing page testing; report insights for optimization.
• Own monthly affiliate vendor billing reconciliation and budget tracking.
• Ensure accurate UTM tagging, pixel tracking, and attribution integrity.
