Job summary

Sagepath Reply is seeking a Senior Media Manager to lead strategy, planning, execution, and optimization of integrated paid media programs for our diverse client portfolio. This role requires translating business objectives into media strategies, presenting to senior stakeholders, and driving measurable results under the direction of the Director of Omni-Channel Marketing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience in marketing or related field.
• 5+ years of digital media or performance marketing experience.
• Demonstrated experience leading paid media strategies for complex accounts.
• Strong hands-on Google Ads expertise including Search and Performance Max.
• Experience across Microsoft Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube and programmatic media.
• Experience managing significant media budgets and providing investment guidance.
• Strong understanding of performance marketing metrics and attribution.
• Experience with GA4 and analytics platforms.
• Proven ability to translate data into actionable recommendations.
• Strong client-facing skills and senior stakeholder presentation experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of integrated media strategies aligned to client objectives and KPIs.
• Develop cross-channel media plans spanning paid search, social, display, video and programmatic.
• Create annual/quarterly/campaign-level plans and forecasts.
• Serve as primary media expert for assigned client relationships.
• Present strategy, performance and insights in client meetings.
• Translate data into business implications for marketing stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities and anticipate performance changes.
• Collaborate with account strategy on planning and executive-ready presentations.
• Oversee campaign architecture, activation, optimization and QA across platforms.
• Manage budgets, pacing and forecasting; reallocate based on performance.
