As Digital Advertising Manager at Blacksmith, you own strategy, performance and client-facing leadership across paid search, paid social, SEO and conversion optimization.

Qualifications

• 4–7 years in PPC, SEO, or multi-channel strategy.
• Experience running paid and organic channels together.
• Expertise with Google Ads, GA4, and GSC; strong keyword research.
• Ability to translate data into strategic client recommendations.
• Proven track record leading execution teams and ensuring quality.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy for all PPC and SEO clients across industries.
• Join sales calls to validate scope and influence close rates.
• Build 90 day, 6 month and yearly growth roadmaps for clients.
• Own client performance across Google Ads, Meta, Microsoft and organic search.
• Audit campaigns, bids, landing pages and CRO opportunities.
• Oversee technical SEO, on-page SEO, link building and AI-driven content.
• Own KPI tracking, attribution and analytics accuracy.
• Provide weekly direction and coordinate with the marketing project manager.
• Present monthly and quarterly performance to clients.
