Job summary

Bully Pulpit International is seeking a Senior Media Planner to support the execution and management of paid media campaigns for multiple clients on the Paid Media team. The role thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative agency setting and offers growth in digital advertising.

The position carries a starting salary range of $58,000–$65,000 with an annual bonus and requires working from one of our offices (Chicago, DC, NYC, SF, LA) at least 3 days a week.

Qualifications

• 2-4 year(s) relevant work experience; exposure to digital media planning from internships, fellowships or coursework ideal.
• Experience running campaigns for political, public affairs, and/or corporate clients.
• Excitement to work on large corporate reputation accounts and advocacy opportunities as they arise.

Responsibilities

• Support lead planners on complex advertising campaigns across planning, launching, management and reporting aspects.
• Work with internal media buying, marketing analytics and client service teams to execute media programs.
• Lead media plan launches with paperwork, ad trafficking, proof of performance and internal communication.
• Identify KPIs and monitor/optimize to achieve client goals; develop and deliver reports to stakeholders.
• Manage monthly billing between external vendors and internal finance teams.
