Job summary

Crisp is hiring a Paid Media Operations Lead in Atlanta to own the execution engine behind client campaigns across Meta, Google, YouTube, and more. You will manage a growing team of paid media specialists, ensure campaigns are built, launched, optimized, and audited with precision, and work hands-on in accounts while guiding the team.

This senior role requires strong leadership, data-driven decision making, and the ability to scale operations as the team grows.

Qualifications

• Experience managing large-scale paid campaigns with strong data-backed results.
• Proven ability to lead a team and develop talent in a fast-paced agency/ops setting.
• Excellent organizational skills; precision at scale is a must.
• Ability to structure teams as the function grows and adapt to changing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee backend campaign execution across multiple platforms (Meta, Google, YouTube, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).
• Lead an offshore team, audit campaigns for accuracy and performance, and implement changes.
• Bridge strategy between Client Success and Marketing, coaching teams and clients.
• Own error rate, spend, and impression performance; manage multiple projects in parallel.
• Coach team members, scale processes, and apply AI tooling to expand capacity.
