Job summary

Mimecast is seeking a Senior Paid Media Manager to own and scale paid acquisition across Google, LinkedIn, Meta, Reddit, and more. You will manage multimillion-dollar budgets and lead internal and agency teams.

You will build dashboards, analyze performance, and present actionable recommendations to senior leadership while partnering with content, design, and demand generation. A strong track record in B2B SaaS or cybersecurity is preferred.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of paid media experience across digital platforms.
• Proven track record managing multimillion-dollar budgets.
• Experience with Google/LinkedIn/Meta/Reddit ads and ABM platforms.
• Strong analytics and ability to present to executives.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, optimize paid media campaigns across Google, LinkedIn, Meta, Reddit.
• Manage multimillion-dollar media budgets with pacing and ROI focus.
• Manage agency partners and internal team members with clear briefs and accountability.
• Build and present performance reports for senior stakeholders and leadership.
• Collaborate on audience targeting and landing-page strategy with content and demand gen teams.
• Build and manage audience segments and retargeting pools with marketing ops and sales.
• Lead tests across ad copy, creative formats, bidding strategies, and audiences.
• Track channel changes and beta features; provide proactive recommendations.
• Support martech integrations (CRM, marketing automation, tracking, CAPI).
• Lead AI automation initiatives across paid media workflows.
