Job summary

Mutual of Omaha Mortgage is seeking a Senior Paid Media Manager to own daily campaign management across large-scale paid media programs in a hybrid Irvine, CA environment. You will optimize bids, pacing, and cross-channel execution to meet lead volume and cost targets while managing budgets above $2M.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent business experience.
• 3–5 years hands-on experience managing PPC campaigns at scale.
• Proven track record with Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta Ads and other platforms.
• Strong analytical skills with ability to translate data into strategy while working independently.

Responsibilities

• Own daily campaign management to meet monthly lead volume, CPL, and efficiency targets across assigned accounts.
• Lead multi-campaign optimization, bid strategy, and budget pacing across large-scale paid media programs.
• Diagnose performance issues and build test plans with full ownership of execution.
• Conduct deep-funnel analysis—CPC, CPM, CPA, CPL—down to keyword level and translate findings into actionable recommendations.
• Ensure ad copy and landing pages for regulated products align with advertising standards before launch.
• Stay ahead of platform changes (Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta) and adopt where it improves efficiency.
• Collaborate with Creative and Data/Analytics to align paid media with broader marketing goals; present to SVP of Marketing & Analytics.
