Clients Blackbox is seeking a Senior Paid Media Strategist / Paid Media Lead to own client performance across media buying, strategy, messaging, and testing. You will manage a portfolio of accounts end-to-end, lead client conversations, and drive results with a focus on high-net-worth prospects.

The role requires 5+ years of hands-on paid media experience, strong copywriting, and the ability to diagnose and optimize funnels.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on paid media experience with substantial Meta advertising responsibility.
• Experience leading client-facing strategy conversations.
• Proven ability to manage campaigns toward defined performance targets while supporting client retention.
• Strong direct-response copywriting skills for ads and video scripts.
• Experience developing/testing creative concepts, hooks, and messaging.
• Experience with conversion tracking, pixels, and marketing automation.
• Strong communication, organization, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Responsabilités

• Own a portfolio of client accounts and serve as the primary strategic point of contact.
• Lead bi-weekly client calls covering performance, strategy, testing priorities, and next steps.
• Prepare and send bi-weekly performance reports with at least 24 hours notice.
• Translate performance data into clear recommendations and strategic decisions.
• Build strong client relationships that support retention, renewals, and referrals.
• Proactively identify and address account risks and opportunities.
• Build, launch, and optimize Meta campaigns focused on lead generation and appointment booking.
• Monitor budgets, audiences, bid strategies, account structure, and creative testing.
• Diagnose underperforming campaigns and implement changes for improvements.
• Develop structured testing strategies across audiences, offers, messaging, and variables.
• Write direct-response ad copy and video scripts for financial services audiences.
• Develop hooks, angles, offers, and messaging variations for testing.
• Use performance data to generate new creative and messaging hypotheses.
• Collaborate with video editors and provide clear direction.
• Use AI tools to accelerate research and copy development while preserving quality.
