Kyra is seeking a Paid Media leader to own the performance of paid campaigns across TikTok, Meta, and YouTube. You will plan, run, and report on campaigns, and set testing and reporting standards to sharpen client recommendations.

You will manage $1M+ budgets, present results to clients, and mentor a Paid Media Executive. Collaborate with strategy and creative teams to align paid with creator initiatives and stay ahead of platform changes.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on ownership of paid media campaigns.
• Experience with TikTok and Meta ads.
• Ability to analyze data and justify decisions.

Responsabilités

• Own the planning, activation, and optimization of paid campaigns across TikTok and Meta, with YouTube in the mix—from media plan through post-campaign readout.
• Run a test-and-learn program against client KPIs and document learnings for future campaigns.
• Manage budgets of $1M+ and justify budget reallocations with data.
• Present performance to clients and provide data-driven recommendations.
• Mentor a Paid Media Executive and establish templates, naming conventions, and QA habits.
• Collaborate with strategy and creative production teams to align paid with creator initiatives.
• Monitor platform changes and adapt strategies accordingly.
