• 3+ years of experience in digital paid media roles (TikTok / Meta / YouTube).
• Proven track record of improving campaign performance through data analysis.
• Confidence managing paid media budgets of $500k+.

Responsibilities

• Plan, manage, and implement digital campaigns across TikTok and Meta.
• Activate campaigns, analyze results, and make continuous optimizations against KPIs.
• Present findings to clients and make data-led recommendations.
