Senior Packaging Technical Engineer - Hardware (Finance)

What you'll be doing:

• Define the chip pad ring, substrate interconnect scheme, and lead the package layout design process.
• Collaborate with teams including Circuit, Signal Integrity, RTL, Place and Route, substrate layout, and system design Engineers and Managers.
• Define a chip floor plan, pad ring, substrate, and ball out to implement a robust, world-class electrical package.
• Communicate effectively across various teams within the company.

What we need to see:

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering (BSEE) or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 8+ years in board/system design, with experience in package design preferred.
• Good understanding of transmission line theory, power delivery, and signal integrity.
• Strong programming and scripting skills in Perl, Python, Tcl; familiarity with Cadence Skill and Excel is helpful.
• Enthusiastic, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
• Passionate about solving complex technical problems.
