Responsibilities

• Lead packaging equipment setup, changeovers, troubleshooting, and maintenance activities.
• Analyze in-process packaging data and investigate equipment events.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Serve as a technical mentor and lead trainer for operators.
• Promote compliance with safety and GMP requirements.
