Job summary

IntelliPro seeks an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead cross-functional product development projects, including launches and plant transfers. Strong Excel skills and PM experience in cosmetics, pharma, or consumer goods are preferred.

The role requires strategic, hands-on leadership and the ability to drive projects end-to-end from concept through launch. The position supports 3 days on site and 2 days remote in Clark, NJ, with an assignment length of 7–12 months.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Packaging Engineering, Operations, or a related technical discipline.
• 4–6+ years of experience in product or packaging development and project management.
• Experience in cosmetics, pharmaceuticals, food, consumer goods, or related industries.
• Strong project management skills including timelines, risk management, and stakeholder coordination.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and proficiency in Microsoft 365.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with ability to influence at all levels.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects independently with minimal supervision.
• Willingness to work onsite as required for this position.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage project timelines, milestones, and risk mitigation plans for on-time launches.
• Lead end-to-end product development and launch projects including plant transfers and updates.
• Present project reviews and communicate progress and risks to leadership.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Operations, R&D and cross-functional teams on concepts, feasibility, profitability, and launch requirements.
• Lead project review meetings, resolve roadblocks, and ensure stakeholder accountability.
• Evaluate feasibility based on cost, timelines, quality, and sustainability.
• Coordinate manufacturing plant transfers and support profitability and sustainability initiatives.
• Manage project documentation, approvals, minutes, and action items.
• Support feasibility costing, COG analysis, and value analysis initiatives.
• Coordinate packaging development, component research, and feasibility assessments.
• Conduct risk assessments with cross-functional teams and develop contingency plans.
• Provide guidance and development support to team members on project execution.
• Maintain awareness of trends and best practices in product development and packaging.
