Qualifications

• B.S. in Mechanical, Electrical or Chemical Engineering or equivalent degree.
• 5+ years of project engineering experience with packaging lines, automation or manufacturing applications.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and leadership skills; ability to interact with all management levels.
• Experience with machinery applications and analytical, organizational and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel for project requirements.

Responsibilities

• Accountability for all aspects of project execution including line layout, mechanical design, vendor/contractor management, equipment procurement, scheduling, project finances and site/installation support.
• Organize and execute multiple project responsibilities simultaneously.
• Maintain and grow client relationships.
• Create project documentation and lead packaging automation line integration and teams.
• Grow local and regional clients and contribute to business development.
