Unilever in Hoboken seeks a Packaging Manager North America - Rigids, PCR & Global Molds SME to lead procurement for NA rigid-packaging and PCR programs, and to act as the Global Molds SME. Qualificações

• University degree with 7-10 years of relevant experience in Procurement, Supply Chain, Packaging or Engineering within an international FMCG or manufacturing environment.
• Proven ability to lead regional packaging procurement strategies and complex sourcing programs at scale.
• Deep knowledge of rigid-packaging value chains, molding, resins and recycled-content opportunities.

Responsabilidades

• Lead NA Rigids, PCR and Global Molds Procurement team, overseeing ~€110+ million spend.
• Own NA rigid-packaging, PCR and Global Molds portfolio with a multi-year category strategy.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies informed by resin dynamics, conversion economics, and should-cost models.
• Lead supplier selection, negotiation, contracting and performance governance.
• Own PCR sourcing roadmap for recycled-material supply with chain-of-custody and compliance.
• Serve as Global Molds SME, setting standards, governance and cost models across mold activities.
• Build partnerships with resin suppliers, converters, recyclers and mold makers for value engineering.
• Collaborate with R&D, Engineering, Supply Chain, Quality, Finance, Legal and sustainability teams on investments and launches.
