Job summary

PAI Pharma is seeking a Senior Packaging Operator III to oversee advanced packaging operations in Greenville, SC. You will act as a subject matter expert, guiding equipment troubleshooting and process improvements while ensuring production efficiency and strict GMP adherence.

The role requires leading changeovers, supporting readiness reviews, and mentoring junior operators. A strong background in FDA/CGMP/GDP packaging, SAP knowledge, and safety compliance is essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Technical, vocational, or manufacturing certifications preferred.
• Advanced knowledge of FDA, cGMP, GDP in pharmaceutical packaging.

Responsibilities

• Operate three packaging lines independently or two lines with CIP qualification.
• Serve as SME for packaging equipment, processes, and SOPs.
• Lead troubleshooting for equipment and process issues.
• Assist with maintenance activities and equipment assessments.
• Support SOP reviews and process improvements.
• Train and coach Operators I & II.
