Job summary

International Flavors and Fragrances in Clackamas, OR is seeking a Packaging Operator to support production goals in a fast-paced environment. You will work Monday–Friday, 2pm–10:30pm, operating advanced packaging equipment and ensuring cGMP standards are met across multiple workstations.

You will troubleshoot equipment, document procedures, and collaborate with engineering, maintenance, and production teams. The role may require overtime to meet business needs.

Qualifications

• English language proficiency required.
• Basic shop math and numeracy skills.
• Experience or familiarity with FDA/cGMP compliance preferred.
• Legal right to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Operate complex automatic packaging equipment across multiple workstations.
• Troubleshoot mechanical/process issues and maintain cGMP documentation.
• Collaborate with engineering, maintenance, and production leadership to improve processes.
• Provide mentorship to new operators and ensure adherence to procedures.
