Job summary

International Flavors and Fragrances is seeking a Production Supervisor for the Blending, Encapsulation, and Washroom operations at the Clackamas site. You will oversee lines, ensure safety, quality, and regulatory compliance, and lead a team of production staff including temporary personnel.

The role requires strong cGMP knowledge, supervisory experience in manufacturing, and proficiency with ERP and MS Office.

Qualifications

• College degree or 5+ years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Proficient in English (written and spoken).
• Experience with FDA/cGMP compliance preferred.
• Must pass drug screen and background check per company policy.
• Legal right to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Supervise production lines for blending, encapsulation, and washroom operations.
• Monitor staffing levels and maintain safety, quality, and cGMP adherence.
• Document employee activities, performance, and attendance; sign off on work orders.
• Review batch records and related documentation for completeness and accuracy.
• Collaborate with QA to resolve production issues and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure logs are complete, legible, and up to date; track changes in schedules.
