Qualifications

• Must have basic computer knowledge and the ability to log training and records.
• Familiar with cgmp SOPs and shift-based packaging operations.
• Ability to lift up to 60 lbs and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Maintain understanding of the production schedule for the shift.
• Operate packaging equipment, adjust for defects, and ensure proper setup.
• Set up Ishida scales, input weights, and verify net weights.
• Manage quick changeovers to keep lines running with minimal downtime.
• Troubleshoot with Packers to keep machines running efficiently.
• Clean machines, monitor waste, and assure quality of finished product.
• Follow batch records, document inspections, and ensure correct labeling.
