Job summary

KDC-ONE is seeking a Machine Operator Level 2 for day and night shifts in the Packaging department. You will operate tube filling equipment (Nordenmatic, Unipac, Axomatic) and Simplex & Kalix production lines, following SOPs and cGMP guidelines to ensure safe, efficient packaging and high-quality output.

Responsibilities include cleaning, minor change-overs, line monitoring, data collection, and maintaining production records.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in the field or related area.
• Vocational training in mechanical machine operations is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Operate Tube Filling lines (Nordenmatic, Unipac, Axomatic) per SOPs and cGMP.
• Clean and sanitize assigned filling lines.
• Troubleshoot and perform limited change-overs on fillers.
• Monitor line quality and productivity; communicate line setup needs to supervision.
