KDC-One in Saddle Brook, NJ, is seeking a skilled Machine Mechanic to inspect production lines and perform preventive maintenance on filling equipment. The role requires 5-7 years in contract manufacturing and experience with liquid tube fillers, volumetric fillers, cappers, coders, labelers, and transfer pumps.

Shift options are 7:00am–3:30pm or 3:30pm–12:00am; the position is non-exempt with competitive benefits including health, dental, vision, and retirement plans.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; prior electrical and mechanical experience.
• Minimum 5-7 years in a contract manufacturing environment.
• Experience with maintenance of filling equipment types listed.

Responsibilities

• Perform all required daily maintenance on machines.
• Perform setup and wash down of equipment per cGMP and SOPs.
• Inspect process production to ensure machines are working properly.
• Identify machine performance or safety issues and resolve.
• Log inspections, tests, repairs, and preventive maintenance.
