Job summary

First Search Inc. is seeking an experienced Packaging Supervisor to lead daily operations in a fast-paced beverage or food manufacturing setting, preferably bottling.

The role requires hands-on leadership of production teams and a track record of improving efficiency and quality while upholding safety standards. You will oversee high-speed packaging lines, partner with Maintenance and Quality to minimize downtime, and drive Lean initiatives to reduce waste and optimize processes.

Qualifications

• Prior supervisory experience in a high-speed packaging or production environment.
• Experience in food or beverage manufacturing strongly preferred.
• Bottling or high-speed filling and packaging line experience preferred.
• Experience coaching and developing production employees.
• Strong understanding of Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement.
• Ability to analyze production data and drive corrective actions.
• Experience collaborating with Maintenance, Quality, and other teams.
• Familiarity with GMPs, SOPs, and workplace safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of high-speed packaging lines, meeting goals and quality standards.
• Monitor performance, identify bottlenecks, and minimize downtime.
• Analyze production data and KPIs to drive improvements.
• Partner with Maintenance to ensure equipment reliability.
• Ensure proper staffing and labor allocation.
• Lead, coach, and develop employees and team leaders.
• Establish clear performance expectations and provide feedback.
• Conduct team meetings to communicate priorities and address challenges.
