Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in technical, engineering, laboratory, or semiconductor environments.
• 8+ years of relevant experience.
• Proficiency with lab equipment and data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Support engineering projects involving semiconductor materials, packages, and processes.
• Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot laboratory, mechanical, and thermomechanical test equipment.
• Execute experiments, gather data, and document results in a clear and organized manner.
• Prepare technical reports and presentations summarizing findings and recommendations.
• Work independently on assigned projects while meeting established timelines and objectives.
• Collaborate with engineers, technicians, suppliers, and cross-functional teams to improve testing capabilities and processes.
• Assist in developing and implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency, quality, and reliability.
• Coordinate with equipment and material suppliers regarding technical support, maintenance, and enhancements.
• Maintain laboratory equipment, tools, and work areas in accordance with safety and quality standards.
• Follow all company safety, quality, and compliance requirements.
