• 12+ years of relevant industry experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership for design, qualification, and validation of packaging components and container closure systems.
• Design and lead studies to develop packaging component specifications and testing methods.
• Build expertise in filling/packaging equipment, including trials and process characterization.
• Lead evaluation and implementation of new packaging technologies to meet milestones and quality standards.
