Qualifications

• 7+ years in Plastics/Packaging Engineering, Sustainable Packaging Development, or Packaging Process Development.
• ISO-9000, GMP, and DFSS experience; Six Sigma/DOE methodology a plus.
• Strong understanding of polymer structure-property relationships.

Responsibilities

• Lead packaging development and sustainability initiatives.
• Manage activities with external suppliers and recycling partners.
• Conduct and interpret packaging performance testing and life-cycle assessments.
