Qualifications

• 3–5+ years packaging industry experience.
• Experience with flexible films, folding cartons and corrugated packaging.
• Bachelor’s degree in Packaging, Engineering, Industrial Design, or related field.
• Ability to work effectively within a cross‑functional organization.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Food industry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support packaging projects from development through implementation.
• Develop specifications and conduct lab testing.
• Coordinate and lead production‑line trials.
• Partner with internal teams, suppliers, and manufacturing partners.
• Manage timelines and communicate project results.
• Track multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines.
