Qualifications

• 5+ years of packaging engineering in high-rate manufacturing or similar environment.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% and relocate to Costa Mesa, CA.
• Eligibility to obtain and maintain U.S. Secret security clearance.
• Proficiency with ERP systems and packaging standards are required.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Engineering, Production, and Supply Chain to design packaging that protects high-value technology during transport, storage, and deployment.
• Lead internal packaging design for presenting parts to the production line and coordinate with MFE and IE teams on implementation.
• Perform material selection and supplier packaging evaluations to meet technical requirements.
• Develop and review prototype requirements, manage build milestones, and lead sourcing activities.
• Support demand forecasting, procurement planning, and timely delivery of packaging and materials.
