Job summary

Anheuser-Busch seeks a Maintenance Manager for the Riverside Lid Plant to drive equipment reliability, facility maintenance, and Capex execution in a high-speed manufacturing environment. The role demands a proactive problem-solver with strong technical skills and team leadership.

You will manage CAPEX and budgets, coordinate with electricians and operating departments, and ensure regulatory compliance across safety, wastewater and building codes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations or related field (Masters preferred).
• 5+ years’ experience in a manufacturing environment.
• 3+ years of leadership experience.
• Strong knowledge of lid manufacturing process.

Responsibilities

• Manage CAPEX budgeting, deployment, tracking and technical/financial policy compliance and contractor/engineering service providers.
• Lead facility efforts related to energy, fluids and wastewater related cost reduction.
• Oversee facility automation strategy and support to electricians and operating departments.
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, building and other related codes and permits.
• Coach and develop hourly and salaried Operations team and manage maintenance KPIs.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations or related field
