Job summary

Ideal candidates have a bachelor’s in packaging or related engineering, 3+ years in packaging development in high-volume settings, and hands-on CAD experience (SolidWorks/AutoCAD).

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Packaging Engineering or a related technical field.
• 3+ years of experience in packaging development, engineering, or manufacturing within a high-volume production environment.
• Knowledge of packaging materials (plastics, paperboard, corrugated, flexibles) and their properties, processing, and testing.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and test packaging for new and existing products.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure packaging meets product, marketing, and manufacturing requirements.
• Optimize packaging processes for efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and sustainability.
• Conduct material testing and analysis to ensure packaging integrity and compliance with regulations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve packaging-related issues during production.
• Develop and maintain packaging specifications, standards, and documentation.
• Evaluate and implement new packaging technologies and materials.
