Job summary

Actalent in Atlanta, GA, is seeking a Senior Packaging Designer to lead end-to-end packaging design across a broad consumer product portfolio, translating brand guidelines into shelf-ready packaging for hundreds of SKUs.

You will build scalable packaging systems, manage multiple launches, ensure print-ready artwork, and collaborate with NPD, product marketing, sourcing and management teams in a hybrid on-site/remote schedule.

Qualifications

• Professional graphic design experience with focus on retail/CPG packaging.
• Expert-level knowledge of dielines, color management, and prepress requirements.
• Experience creating and managing press-ready artwork for high-volume production.

Responsibilities

• Lead packaging design from concept to press-ready files for multiple SKUs.
• Build scalable packaging systems and templates for SKU-intensive families.
• Ensure packaging communicates benefits and aligns with brand guidelines.
• Create and quality-check print-ready dielines, barcodes, and layouts.
• Collaborate with NPD, product marketing, sourcing, and management teams.
