Qualifications

• 6+ years of professional packaging design experience; portfolio required.
• Experience in health & beauty or consumer packaged goods is a strong bonus.
• Expertise in Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign is required.
• Proficiency with AI-powered design tools (Adobe Firefly, Generative Fill).
• Ability to mentor junior designers and collaborate cross-functionally.

Responsibilities

• Design a high-volume of creative packaging concepts, PDQs, decks and collateral.
• Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and marketing to elevate SpaLife’s brand story.
• Ensure brand image is consistent and adheres to the style guide.
• Stay informed on consumer trends and account needs.
• Mentor juniors and provide design direction and feedback.
• Integrate AI-assisted tools to speed concepting while preserving craft.
