Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in production design.
• Demonstrated success extending designs across multiple SKUs and packaging structures.
• Strong understanding of full cycle commercial print processes and production workflows.
• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to identify inconsistencies before release.
• Proven experience reviewing and approving production files and first-run samples.
• Experience with global or overseas manufacturing partners and providing clear production instructions.
• Clear, professional written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Extend approved packaging designs across multiple SKUs and package sizes.
• Apply brand architecture consistently across SKUs while preserving creative intent.
• Prepare, manage, and maintain accurate print-ready production files.
• Review vendor proofs, prepress files, and production samples for accuracy.
• Communicate potential downstream impacts of packaging changes (production, inventory, versioning, compliance).
• Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to resolve technical file issues before artwork release.
• Assist in onboarding designers and external production resources when needed.
• Provide production guidance to designers and cross-functional partners.
