Great Lakes Cheese, Inc. seeks a Senior Analyst, Packaging Design to lead the packaging graphics development across the full project lifecycle. You will own artwork approvals, develop metrics, analyze trends, and drive improvements with cross-functional teams and suppliers.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's in Graphic Design or related field, has Esko WebCenter experience, and can generate reports using Adobe Creative Suite and Excel. Up to 20% travel is required; on-site work is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design, Business or related field.
• High school diploma with 6 years of relevant packaging experience.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end artwork approval workflow for new items and redesigns.
• Develop and maintain graphics performance metrics and reporting.
• Analyze trends and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Perform detailed technical reviews of packaging artwork.
• Maintain workflows in Esko WebCenter; ensure setup, routing, approvals and documentation.
• Review feedback across multiple portals; track response time and actions to closure.
• Track graphics-related errors and data integrity of packaging files.
• Collaborate with vendors, customers, and cross-functional partners to meet timing and quality expectations.
• Communicate printing, packaging, and graphics concepts clearly to support decision making.
