Job summary

Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- 8+ years in a GxP environment for pharmaceutical packaging operations.
- Experience with GMP requirements for packaging/ aseptic manufacturing.
- Proven leadership to drive multi-stakeholder projects.
Responsibilities
- Lead design and operation of packaging lines for final forms and containers.
- Collaborate to create URS and DS/FS for ongoing operations or new projects.
- Coordinate with vendors to implement packaging solutions and controls.
- Assess current packaging operations for troubleshooting, efficiency, and improvements.
- Drive packaging technology innovations to support client needs.
- Perform reliability and optimization studies on packaging equipment.
- Support FAT/SAT and commissioning, qualification of packaging systems.
- Coordinate cross-functional meetings to drive project progress.
