Job summary

MMR Consulting seeks a seasoned engineer to lead filling and packaging operations in a sterile/aseptic pharmaceutical environment. You will oversee design, start-up, commissioning, qualification, and ongoing operations for packaging systems, working with cross-functional teams and client sites.

The role requires leadership, project management, and hands-on technical skills to drive process improvements and ensure compliance with GMP standards in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (prefer Mechanical).
• 8+ years in GMP packaging environment design/operation.
• Pharma/biotech experience with GMP requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead packaging design/operation for fill/finish and packaging like vials and syringes.
• Collaborate to create URS for operations or projects.
• Work with vendors to design specifications for contamination control and risk reduction.
