Job summary

Mars Snacking Accelerator is hiring a Senior Manager, Commercial Operations - Packs (Finance) to architect inbound commercial operations for packaging and lead a newly formed team. You will connect Strategic Sourcing, Inbound Supply Chain, Planning, and supplier partners across North America’s portfolio.

You will build control models, drive cost and delivery acceleration, and translate strategic vision into daily operations, partnering with SAP and Power BI to establish playbooks and performance

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain, logistics, business, or related field.
• 5-7+ years of supply chain operations, logistics, purchasing, or commercial sourcing.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with SAP (or ERP/MRP systems) and Power BI/data visualization.
• Willingness to travel up to 20% as needed.

Responsibilities

• Architect & Lead the Team: Build, coach, and evolve a newly formed Commercial Operations team; serve as the functional expert for SAP and Power BI and establish playbooks and WoW.
• Commercial Strategy & Execution: Co-develop and execute category strategies focusing on value leadership, cash flow, and total cost of ownership; drive supplier resiliency and acceleration projects.
• Supplier Performance & Risk Management: Own the SPM framework; drive supplier accountability across OTIF, quality, and service levels; lead resiliency planning.
• Inbound Value Stream Optimization: Partner with Planning and Logistics to optimize material flows, reduce lead times, and improve forecast visibility to suppliers.
• Cross-Functional Integration: Serve as core contact across SQA, Manufacturing, R&D, and Global Commercial teams for seamless execution across packaging streams.
