Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Business, or a related field.
• Progressive experience in a finance role, with preference for CPG and sales finance.
• Advanced Excel and SAP experience preferred.
• Strong analytical, decision-making, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic planning for the Small Format channel.
• Act as the finance partner to Sales and Category teams with data-driven insights.
• Own financial modeling and what-if analyses to guide investments.
• Own end-to-end financial processes and drive efficiency.
• Lead and develop a team of finance professionals (2 reports).
