Zusammenfassung

Sharp Packaging Services seeks a Commercial Project Manager II to direct new product launches and major project changes, coordinating requirements across internal departments and communicating status to Senior Management.

You will serve as the primary customer liaison for project activities, lead weekly meetings, and maintain project documentation in the PMO. A Bachelor’s degree or 5+ years PM experience is preferred; PMP certification is a plus.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree or 5+ years project management experience.
• PMP certification or structured PM training preferred.

Aufgaben

• Maintains compliance with Sharp PMO processes.
• Maintains Project Toolkit Sheets for active projects (Charter, notes, schedule).
• Schedules and facilitates weekly/bi-weekly project meetings.
• Maintains project documentation in shared storage and proper categorization.
• Attends Tier 2 and T-21 meetings and reports updates to stakeholders.
• Discusses project billables and customer quotes as needed.
• Completes monthly timesheets for all project hours.
• Handoffs completed projects to Order Management with checklists.
