Qualifications

• Requires expert Primavera P6 proficiency for major plant turnarounds/overhauls.
• Scheduler must supply/bring their own Primavera P6 license and equipment.
• Proven track record in scheduling major plant overhauls, outages, or turnarounds in industrial environments.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and build the initial Primavera P6 schedule based on parameters from Overhaul Contractor Manager.
• Issue the completed baseline draft schedule by May 1.
• Review shutdown and startup sequence logic with plant management and leads.
• Export and integrate activities from plant planning system into P6.
• Lead schedule validation meetings to fine-tune activity logic and sequencing.
• Develop management monitoring graphs, target curves, and reporting templates for tracking during execution.
