Job summary

Actalent is seeking a on-site Scheduler for our Atlanta projects to lead CPM scheduling efforts for large-scale data centre developments. You will work with subcontractors, owners, and project teams daily to drive planning, forecasting, and schedule management across multiple sites in the U.S., with periodic travel.

This contract-to-hire role focuses on delivering integrated project schedules and supporting Lean construction initiatives.

Qualifications

5+ years of construction scheduling experience.
Advanced Primavera P6 proficiency.
Strong understanding of CPM scheduling, construction sequencing, and project controls.
Experience with schedule recovery, delay analysis, and change management.
Ability to read construction drawings and specifications.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain CPM schedules using Primavera P6 from proposal through project completion.
Analyze project progress, identify risks and delays, and develop recovery plans.
Support Pull Planning, Lean construction efforts, and schedule impact analysis.
Collaborate with project managers, field teams, clients, and trade partners to keep projects on track.
Conduct site visits and provide schedule reporting, forecasting, and change management support.
Mentor junior schedulers and contribute to scheduling standards and best practices.
