AtkinsRéalis is seeking a Senior P6 Scheduler based in Birmingham, AL, to develop, maintain, and optimize detailed project schedules for industrial transmission projects. The role requires Primavera P6 expertise, strong cross-functional communication, and a track record of managing schedules under likely change orders and scope modifications.

The position is contract-to-hire and onsite in Birmingham, with pay between $60.00 and $79.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of industrial project scheduling experience.
• Primavera P6 Experience Required.
• Experience in electric transmission projects.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to work across functions.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain and optimize detailed project schedules.
• Monitor schedule performance and variance; provide regular status updates to project manager.
• Perform Critical Path Analysis, identify and analyze critical paths/activities to ascertain project completion in time and in budget, including forecasting delays and evaluation of alternative scenarios.
• Lead schedule update and review meetings.
• Identify schedule risk and opportunities.
• Analyze schedule impacts resulting from change orders or scope modifications.
• Support cost/schedule integration and collaborate with Project Controls to ensure accurate progress measurement.
