Job summary

SSA Marine, Inc. in Seattle seeks a senior Procure-to-Pay Program Manager to lead the transition from implementation to fully integrated operations across the U.S. region, reporting to the Global Procurement Operations Leader.

This role drives operational excellence, process standardization, system adoption, and continuous improvement of the end-to-end P2P lifecycle, acting as the U.S. SME and partnering with IT, Finance, Accounts Payable, and business stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain, finance, or a related field.
• 5+ years in P2P program management or similar procurement operations leadership.
• Experience supporting ERP implementations (IFS, SAP, Oracle) in global/shared services.
• Proven ability to analyze data, identify gaps, and drive improvements.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead P2P ownership across the U.S. and align with global standards.
• Drive SOPs, workflows, and user adoption within ERP platforms.
• Manage day-to-day support and triage user issues with IT and global teams.
• Coordinate testing, deployments, and change management initiatives.
• Monitor adoption, invoice matching, and process effectiveness.
